COVID 19 UPDATE March 2020:
DUE TO BUILDING CLOSURE, AT THIS TIME, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO PROCESS EMAILED UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS DIRECTLY TO COLLEGES/EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION SERVICES.
Alumni records may not be emailed to the alumni, they can only be sent directly to the institution requiring them in order to guarantee document integrity.
Any graduate from Eleanor Roosevelt High School that needs an official copy of their transcript should do the following:
Send an email request to Allison Kleiman at firstname.lastname@example.org In the email include:
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Year of Graduation from Eleanor Roosevelt
- Your OSIS Number (recommended) (The OSIS is your school ID number, found on your ElRo ID or any official school documents like your program or report cards)
-The email address where you need the transcript sent.
TRANSCRIPTS CANNOT BE MAILED AT THIS TIME Any mailed transcripts will be sent in a sealed and stamped envelope. Please allow up to 1 week for transcript request processing between the months of September and June. Summer requests may take longer to complete.
If you are applying to transfer to a CUNY school, you must also attach to your email request the transcript request form that can be found in your CUNY portal account as a part of the Application Summary Package. CUNY will not accept documents for applicants without this coversheet.
Please note, once a student turns 18 any transcript request must come directly from the student.
